**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Development & Instruction**
- Plan, organize, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate physical education lessons to students across different grade levels.
- Teach a variety of sports and physical activities (e.g., athletics, football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, swimming, etc.).
- Incorporate fitness training, coordination exercises, and strength-building routines into regular lessons.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to students' individual needs, promoting both physical fitness and personal development.

**Sports Coaching & Team Management**
- Organize and coach students for competitive sports events, inter-school tournaments, and other co-curricular activities.
- Manage sports teams, monitor individual student progress, and ensure proper training techniques and safety measures are followed.
- Foster a spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play among students during practice and competitions.

**Promote Physical Fitness & Health**
- Encourage students to maintain a healthy lifestyle through regular physical activity, balanced nutrition, and mental well-being practices.
- Organize fitness assessments, track student progress, and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Create opportunities for students to participate in recreational and extracurricular sports activities.

**Supervision & Safety**
- Ensure the safety of students during physical activities by maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Conduct safety drills and first aid training, and be prepared to handle any emergency situations related to physical activities.
- Ensure the proper use of sports equipment and facilities and conduct regular checks for maintenance or repair.

**Event Planning & Coordination**
- Plan and oversee school sports events, sports day, fitness challenges, and wellness programs.
- Coordinate logistics for inter-school sports events, competitions, and meetups.
- Assist in organizing annual sports meets, inter-school matches, and community sports events.

**Collaboration & Professional Development**
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate physical education into the overall school curriculum.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on trends in physical education.
- Foster a positive relationship with students, parents, and the school community.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
