About the role

The Events Associate will be responsible for: -Event Planning and Execution: ○ Coordinate all operational aspects of event planning, including venue, scheduling, and logistics management. ○ Ensure the successful execution of events by overseeing setup and wrap-up coordination. ○ Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and execution, from coordinating schedules to managing resources and logistics. -Rentals for : ○ Handle rental inquiries and requests. ○ Prepare and negotiate rental agreements. Maintain a rental calendar and ensure accurate scheduling of events and availability of spaces. ○ Work towards revenue targets -Database Management:
○ Maintaining and updating comprehensive databases of potential collaborators, vendors, guests, and partners to support efficient event planning and partnership development.
- Ticketing Management and Marketing:
○ Experience in tracking event ticketing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive ticket sales and maximize event attendance, contributing to the success of each event.
- Feedback Collection and Reporting:
○ Support in collecting and analyzing feedback from event attendees to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement, utilizing feedback to enhance future event planning and execution processes. Ability to generate reports to inform decision-making and measure event success, providing valuable insights for optimizing future events.
- Relationship management:
○ New and existing vendors for events and rentals.

○ Inter-departmental collaboration and management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.

Overall, you will play a critical role in developing and executing events that help to grow the company's presence.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
