**User Support s Training**:Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to internal teams on D365 features and best practices. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- **Business Process Analysis s Solution Design**:Work with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify pain points, and propose D365-based solutions that enhance business efficiency and productivity.
- **Reporting s Analytics**:Design and implement reporting solutions within D365 to support business decision-making. Utilize Power BI, Excel, or other tools to develop custom reports and dashboards.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with functional and technical teams (developers, business analysts, etc.) to ensure end-to-end solution delivery. Work with external vendors or partners as needed for specialized solutions or additional support.

**Skills** **s**Qualifications:*
- **Technical** **Expertise**: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance C Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- **Project** **Management**:Ability to manage and deliver D365 projects on time and within budget. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial. -**Problem-Solving**:Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- **Business Acumen**:A solid understanding of business processes across finance, sales, and operations, with the ability to translate these needs into technical solutions.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating discussions to understand business requirements and technical constraints.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience with D365 FCO (Finance C Operations) or D365 Sales. -Background in process optimization, system integration, and data management. -Previous experience working in an Agile environment.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
