**Position**: Telecaller - Car Insurance Renewal
**Location**: Thaltej, Ahmedabad
**Experience**: 0-5 years (Freshers welcome)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: Upto Rs. 22000 per month + Incentives

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing customers for car insurance renewals
- Follow up on leads and maintain a renewal pipeline
- Explain policy details and assist customers with queries
- Maintain accurate records of communication
- Achieve monthly renewal targets

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of car insurance policies (preferred)
- Customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Hindi/English and/or local language

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
- Basic computer skills
