**Position Title**: Admin Executive
**Location**: [Express Holidays, Sivanandha Colony]
**Job Type**: [Full-Time]
**Salary Range**: [25000-28000]
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely ordering of new stock.
- Organize office layout and order stationery and equipment as needed.
- Oversee the cleanliness and general upkeep of the office environment.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
- Prepare and manage internal and external documentation, including reports, letters, and presentations.
- **Data Entry & Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems, ensuring all records are organized and easily accessible.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and handle basic accounting functions.
- Manage confidential information in a secure and compliant manner.
- **HR Assistance**:
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records, attendance logs, and leave requests.
- **Travel & Logistics Coordination**:
- Book travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for team members.
- Coordinate logistics for business trips, conferences, and client visits.
- **Office Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee needs and concerns promptly.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- At least 2-5 years of administrative or office support experience.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Additional Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Working Conditions**:
- This position is typically office-based with standard working hours [e.g., Monday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM].
- Occasional overtime or flexibility in hours may be required during peak times or special projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
