**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Collect, organize, and manage data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis tasks.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Analysis**:

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- **System Management**:

- Maintain and update MIS systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and reporting systems.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with different departments to gather data requirements and provide necessary reports.
- Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- **Documentation**:

- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Prepare and maintain manuals and user guides for MIS tools.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and other data management tools.
- Experience with SQL or other database management systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
