**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **statutory compliances** including **GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings**.
- Handle **Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, GST Audits, and Transfer Pricing (TP) Audits**.
- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Provide support in tax planning and advisory matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

**Key Requirements**
- **Qualification**: B.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a **CA firm**, with exposure to clients in manufacturing, trading, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and audit procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A **proactive and energetic attitude** with strong problem-solving abilities.
- **Age Criteria**: Up to 28 years (not exceeding).
