**Responsibilities**:

- The requirements listed below are broadly representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Understanding, Modification and review of P&IDs.
- Preparation of Specifications & Detail Design review of System Level Controls, Cyber security
- Preparation of Instrument Index and I/O list, alarm trip setting list, Cause & effect, Control Philosophy, User Requirement Specification, logic diagrams, Material take of (MTO), Control and safeguarding narratives. Etc.
- Preparation of Technical Specifications, data sheets, Material Requisitions for Field instruments, Analyzers, Control/ESD valves (Actuator) ,Telemetry. Distributed control system (DCS), Safety PLC SIS/IPS, SCADA, Machine monitoring system (MMS).
- Field instruments, Analyzers, Flowmeter, Control valves, Safety valves sizing, selection and adequacy check.
- Participate in various engineering workshop like HAZOP, SIL studies, Design review, Alarm rationalization, Access & Lifting Arrangement etc. and closeout of Instrumentation action.
- Instrument and Package vendor drawing reviews.
- Preparation of Cable schedule, JB schedule, instrument hook ups, JB wiring, Loop Wiring, Block Cable Diagram, Bill of Material/MTO’s.
- Process & Non process(Building/Substation/Control room) area Building fire alarm system, VESDA system etc.
- Prepare Scope of work/ Specifications and Design review of all the vendor drawings & documents for CCTV, Access control system(ACS), Public addressing system (PAGA), Fire and Gas (F&G) devices, Security System..
- Liaise with technicians for gathering inputs for preparation of layouts to ensure design intent is correctly implemented
- Coordinate with other disciplines.
- Involvement in meeting and coordination with Global lead offices and end client.
- Preparation & Review of General Arrangement, Control Room layouts, Cable routing, Hook up drawings, Hazardous zone identification.
- Understanding of Basic Electrical equipment interfaces.
- Conversant with Design aspect and working within Instrumentation, Controls discipline for Water & Waste Water industry.
- Provide cost effective technical solutions
- Conversant with International standards and Codes of practice.
- Experience in handling Brownfield/Maintenance project will be added advantage.
- Strong computer skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Knowledge of various software, Review of 3D Modes (Revit/ Navis Works).
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
- Be able to work in a team environment and manage multiple project responsibilities.
