Store Incharge

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Raw** **Material** **and** **Packaging** **Material** **Management**:

- Efficiently manage the inward and outward flow of raw materials and packaging materials. -Identify materials and arrange them in an organized manner within the storage facility. -Prepare accurate material delivery challans for outgoing shipments.

**2.** **Material** **Receipt** **and** **Verification**:

- Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) upon material receipt at the factory. -Thoroughly inspect received materials to ensure they match the specifications mentioned in the purchase order (PO).

**3.** **Inventory** **Control**: -Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and packaging materials. -Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

**4.** **Packaging** **Material** **Issuing**:

- Issue laminates, cartons, and other packaging materials as per production and packaging requirements.

**5.** **Stock** **Sheet** **Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate stock sheets for laminates, mono boxes, stickers, tape rolls, cartons, and other materials. -Share updated stock data with relevant teams as needed.

**6.** **Data** **Management**: -Record and maintain essential data in Google Drive or other designated systems. -Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for reporting and reference purposes.

**7.** **Physical** **Stock** **Audits**:

- Conduct periodic physical stock audits of laminates and cartons in the warehouse. -Ensure physical stock matches inventory records.

**8.** **Wastage** **Record** **Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of wasted laminates. -Analyze wastage data for potential improvements in material usage.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. -Proven experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing setting. -Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. -Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for data management. -Excellent organizational and time management skills. -Effective communication and teamwork abilities. -Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
