**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000
**Experience Required**: 2-3 years of experience in core sales

**Job Summary**
- The person hired will be responsible for Sales and Business Development activities, specifically focusing on Government Sales.
- Coordinate with government officials and departments to develop business opportunities.
- Meet with project dealers, architects, consultants, and contractors to generate new leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government institutions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Cover assigned market/area, conduct product demonstrations, and present to top government officials.
- Ensure incorporation of product specifications in government tenders.
- Develop sales forecasts, sales plans, and execute marketing strategies with a growth mindset.
- Achieve targeted sales volumes and values for the assigned territory on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for costing, customer service, product demonstrations, and complaint management.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Graduation with a proven sales track record.
- Industry Preference: Furniture, Building Hardware (ply, tiles, lights), FMCG.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
