Project Architect is responsible for the assigned project in achieving the design intent, project development, execution and coordinate with the clients, vendors & contractors of the project

**Skills**:

- Be proficient in AresCAD/AutoCAD, Sketchup and Rhino, Enscape and Lumion and Affinity Suite
- Skilled in collaborating with and managing Architects and interns, effectively delegating tasks, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ability to identify and address design and execution challenges creatively and effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relations with clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating with them.
- Demonstrates an ability to foresee potential challenges and opportunities in the development of the project

Key Responsbilities:

- Ensure all project related communication is accurately documented to ensure smooth working of the project.
- Ensure all site related documentation is provided and accurate.
- Ensure client needs and preferences are accurately understood and translated into design concepts, resulting in high client satisfaction.
- Produce high-quality floor layouts, 3D models, presentations, and manual models that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Maintain accuracy in preliminary and working drawings and project documentation
- Should be proficient in technical drawings including Structure, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC and their coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
- Should also be proficient in preparing detailed BOQs with accuracy
- Collaborate effectively with team, client and other stakeholders to ensure project needs are met
- Be responsible for the complete integration of design and technical aspects of the project

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
