Magic Homes is looking for a proactive and persuasive Female **Telecaller** to handle incoming leads, follow up with potential clients, and help convert inquiries into sales. If you have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people, this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Calling & Follow-ups**: Call prospective leads, explain Magic Home’s offerings, and answer queries.
- **Lead Nurturing**: Build relationships with potential buyers and provide personalized solutions.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade leads to schedule property visits, book appointments, and close deals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is a plus
- Fluent in Hindi
