**System Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
**Number Of Positions**:01 only

**Work Experience**: Fresher/0-1 Year experience

**Salary**:Rs.1,92,300/- to Rs.2,38,100/- per annum**. (In-Hand Salary: 12,000/- to 15,000/- + PF, ESIC, Health Insurance Benefit, Gratuity).

**Educational Qualifications**:Graduation in B.Sc. IT, BCA, or equivalent.

**Required Skills**:
Knowledge of MS office suite.

Must be excellent in Excel.

Must have knowledge of different OS like windows, Ubuntu, MacOS etc.

Good understanding of OSI model and TCP/IP Protocol will be an added advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skill.

Good knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up Desktop & Laptop for new user.
- Installing & configuring Modem, Printer, Scanner.
- Installation, Configuration & up-gradation of the OS.
- Installation, troubleshooting & maintenance of the company IT’s Assets (Servers, Desktop, Laptops etc).
- Switches and router configuration and troubleshooting.
- Setup and troubleshooting of LAN.
- Troubleshooting Network and Internet Issues.
- Fixing Software and Drivers on Systems.
- Fixing Issues in Device Manager and External Devices.
- Setting Up System using Remote Desktop Connections like Any-Desk,Team-Viewer, etc.
- Co-coordinating with vendors for procurement of Computers, Laptops and it’s accessories / peripherals devices.
- Maintain records of computers, laptops and its accessories / peripheral devices in Excel sheet or in software.
- Communicate with vendors in order to resolve the issues.
