
Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database
- Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call logs and customer information in CRM tools
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team (if required)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer responses
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Fluent in [mention language(s) - e.g., Hindi and English]
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
- Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- 10+2 or Graduate in any stream
