**Description**

This role maintains the inventory and safeguards the Quality and Food Safety of B&B Organics products and ensures compliance with both Regulatory and Global Standards.

This role also acts as an association with key External Vendors as well as our core employees from production, packing, and packaging.

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated understanding of Quality Management and Food Safety Systems.
- Supply Chain, Inventory management or Food manufacturing site experience (Minimum 2 years).
- Understanding of Food Safety Standards and certifications.
- Experience and proven success in an Inventory Control role.
- Understanding of performing cycle counts.
- Basic mathematical skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and methodologies.
- Strong Computer Literacy (MS Office).
- Should be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, able to work independently and as a team,
- Fluent in Oral and Written English (Fluency in Hindi is an asset).
- Willingness to travel.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute constant inventory stock counts and inventory accuracy checks.
- Collaborate with the packing and production team to plan and execute inventory management activities.
- Perform inventory counts manually if required.
- Identification of inaccuracies and resolving the same.
- Perform quality checks and document all quality-related reports (internal and external).
- Support the sales, customer relations and packing teams in fulfilling daily inventory inquiries.
- Travel to meet vendors and identify the right quality product.
- Act as backup to other staff members as required.
- Perform other duties as required.
