**Company Description**
The Fit Cubs is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of children aged 2 to 10 years through sports activities. We offer in-school programs aimed at instilling a love for physical activity and promoting holistic development in young minds.
**Key Responsibilities**
1**:Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate target markets effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
**2. Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
**3.Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, etc.).
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
**4.Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
**5.Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
