**Role Description**
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Ads Specialist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, and analyzing advertising data
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
