About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Display Design: Conceptualize, plan, and execute in-store displays, window installations, and seasonal layouts in alignment with brand guidelines.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current fashion trends and consumer behavior to create visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience.

Store Layout: Optimize store layouts to enhance product visibility, maximize sales, and create a seamless shopping experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and store teams to ensure displays reflect current promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Quality Control: Maintain consistency across all visual elements and ensure displays are regularly updated and well-maintained.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Creative Flair: Strong eye for design, color, and aesthetics with the ability to translate brand identity into physical displays.

Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills to ensure precision in implementing visual elements.

Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams.
