Flexographic Printer

**Key Responsibilities**
- Load and mount printing plates, anilox rollers, dies, and inks per job orders
- Set up and calibrate the press, including registers, speed, and color density for precise printing.
- Monitor real-time print output; inspect for defects, deviation, and color mismatches;
- Execute test runs (“make-ready”) and secure approval before full production
- Troubleshoot mechanical or quality issues—ink distribution, registration, substrate alignment—and perform minor repairs/maintenance.
- Clean and maintain press components: anilox, rollers, doctor blade areas, and workspace
- Manage inventory of inks, plates, inks, and consumables; mix ink formulations to match color.
- Log production data, job details, scrap rates, and downtime occurrences
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain compliance with operational and environmental regulations RoleCatcher.
- Collaborate with pre-press, finishing, and quality control departments to optimize throughput and quality D&M Packaging Ltd.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
