Salary 5k + Incentive (3k to 7k)

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated Work from Home Telesales Executive with experience in telesales to join our admissions team. The role involves reaching out to prospective students via phone calls to provide information about our institution's programs and services, and to facilitate the admissions process. This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our student enrollment efforts from the comfort of your home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our institution's programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.
- Engage with potential students in a professional and persuasive manner to address inquiries, address concerns, and guide them through the admissions process.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly student enrollment targets set by the admissions manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and admissions progress in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with admissions counselors and other team members to optimize student recruitment strategies and improve conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in a student admissions or education-related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with prospective students.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude towards achieving student enrollment goals.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of discipline and time management skills.
