**Responsibilities**:
**Industry: Real Estate Preferred**

**Gender: Females Preferred**

**1) Create videos for Youtube demonstrating Real Estate Properties.**

**2) Train Employees on Different Properties**

**3) Must be able to handle customer's inbound and outbound calls.**

**4) Detailed knowledge for the companies’ different properties,training sessions, individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.**

**5) Monitor sales objectives and results.**

**6)Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.**

**7)Report on impact of training programs (e.g.sales achieved).**

**8)Visits to the particular property regarding the youtube video making and taking the best out of it.**

**Requirements and skills**:
**1)Excellent passion and personality in person to be the face of the company digitally over the youtube.**

**2) Proven work experience as a sales trainer or similar role.**

**3) Manage and take the sales leads and do calling over them.**

**4)Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.**

**5)Hands-on experience training the newly onboarded sales trainees.**

**6)Excellent communication and organizational skills.**

**7) Solid communication and presentation abilities.**

**8) Graduate/Post Graduate with excel personality and communication skills would be the added advantage.**

**9)Fresher or experience upto two years will be preferred.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
