**What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities)**:
- Develop and improve marketing plans unique to different products.
- Network with suppliers, large contractors, partner organizations & other stakeholders.
- Conduct marketing research and analysis to produce relevant marketing information and evaluate trends.
- Optimize and execute SEM, PPC as well as Facebook ads, Twitter ads, and advertise.
- Determine key metrics, constantly reduce operational costs, and measure the success of performance strategies.
- Create a comprehensive advertising plan for all digital channels-social (Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube influencer marketing).
- Run Google Ads, Google Business, and Google Shop on all platforms.
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends.
- Track new user acquisition and conversion rates.
- Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
- Plan and effectively execution of the Website Promotions and track and evaluate the ROI.
- Track and analyze category, competition, and consumer trends on various digital platforms.
