Job Title: Medical Admission Counselor

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Admission Guidance**:

- Provide comprehensive information about medical school programs, admission requirements, and eligibility criteria.
- Advise prospective students on selecting suitable medical schools based on their academic background, career goals, and personal preferences.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address individual concerns and queries related to medical school admissions.
- **Application Assistance**:

- Guide students in preparing for standardized tests required for medical school admission, such as the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test).
- **Information Dissemination**:

- Stay updated on changes in admission requirements, policies, and procedures for various medical schools.
- Disseminate relevant information to prospective students through workshops, seminars, and informational sessions.
- **Communication and Follow-up**:

- **Networking**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with admissions officers, faculty, and staff at medical schools to stay informed about their programs and admission processes.
- Attend conferences, fairs, and events to represent the institution and build connections within the medical education community.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Generate reports on admission statistics, trends, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about trends and changes in the field of medical education and admissions.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Knowledge of medical school admission processes and requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with standardized tests such as the NEET Exam & All India Admission Counselling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
