Urgent Opening in Manufacturing Industry
Position: DGM West & North
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: BE/PG Diploma/ME - Mechanical/Plastic (CIPET)+MBA Marketing
Experience : Minimum 10+ Years of experience Chiller/Refrigeration, Pump/Compressor/Dryer/ Heat exchanger/Heat Pump/ Industrial Oil & Grease/ Pneumatic/Industrial Sales/ OEM /B2B /Direct Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities for Chiller & components across multiple industrial segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in OEMs, leveraging industry expertise to maximize revenue and partnership opportunities.
Lead strategic account management and negotiate contracts to ensure long-term business success.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain) to ensure alignment on customer requirements and seamless project execution.
Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic planning, competitive positioning, and product development.
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and industry dynamics to identify emerging opportunities in the target segments
**Salary**: Upto 15 LPA
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
