**About the Role**:
The Employability Skills & English Trainer will be responsible for teaching employability skills to students in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs). The role also includes supporting program activities and attending training workshops.
- The Trainer, will:_
- Teach basic computer skills, teamwork, problem-solving and workplace etiquettes.
- Help students build confidence for interviews and workplace communication.
- Teach students to use English confidently in speaking and writing.
- Motivate and guide students for career preparation.
- Attend regular training-cum-orientation programs for professional development.

**Who Can Apply?**
- **Education**: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)
- **Age**: 18+ years
- **Experience**: Freshers can apply. Teaching experience, including home-tuitions, is desirable but not required.
- **Communication**: Ability to communicate effectively and teach young adults with confidence..
- **Language**: Ability to speak and write in English
- **Computer skills**: Basics of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
