**Job Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct classroom and practical sessions ensuring students gain hands-on project-based learning.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans, course materials, and assignments in line with CADD Centre’s training standards.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and mentor them for project work.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD tools, software versions, and industry practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
- Strong knowledge of **civil CAD software** like AutoCAD Civil, Revit, STAAD.Pro, 3ds Max, etc.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.
