**JOB TITLE: Network Engineer**

**JOB PURPOSE / JOB ROLE**

Experience in Networking Support, Technical support, Troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance and any technical support in Wifi domain

Experience in WLC, Access point, Cisco ISE

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES**

Responsible to support the Day to Day Operations and ensure defined SLA has been met as agreed in the SOW.Process knowledge on ITIL.

**REQUIRED SKILL SETS (INCL. SOFT SKILLS)**

1.CCNP Certifications preferred 1. Good Communication and Writing Skills

2. CISCO Switches and routers Hands on experience 2. Problem Solving Skills

3. Good Knowledge in the Cisco Products link Cisco switches, routers, Prime Infrastructure, Identity Service Engine, 3. Quick learning of new Mgt Skills

WLC, Nexus etc. 4. Proactive and Progressive Mind set

4. Good knowledge or certificate on CISCO etc.

5. Cisco SD WAN, SD Access Knowledge, and Cisco DNA

6. Validation of Network diagram - LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis

7. Syslog analysis & Preparing Action Plan for Critical Alerts to Resolve the Issues

8.Analysis & Periodic Check of LAN/WAN traffic

9. Review of Network Device Hardening Mechanism On Periodic Basis

10.Configure and Troubleshooting routing protocols like IGRP, EIGRP and OSPF

11. Troubleshoot all static routing and dynamic routing (BGP,EIGRP,OSPF etc.) in enterprise network for high availability

**OTHER ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**

**QUALIFICATIONS WORK EXPERIENCE**

**ESSENTIAL**:
3+ years of experience in Network Domain
Diploma/BE/ Any Graduation

**DESIRABLE**:
**CERTIFICATIONS OTHER REQUIREMENTS, IF ANY**

**ESSENTIAL**:
CCNA Wireless

CCNP NA

**Checkpoint firewall**

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
