**Responsibilities**:

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to drive design improvements.
- Analyze user data and behavior to create data-informed design solutions.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs using **Figma** or similar tools.
- Use **Adobe Premiere Pro** for editing design explainers, motion snippets, or product walkthroughs (as needed).
- Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain design consistency by contributing to the design system and component library.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert insights into design strategy.
- Proficiency in **Figma** (including Auto-layout) and **Adobe Premiere Pro**.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and user behavior.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating both creative and analytical thinking.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working on SaaS or tech products.
- Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Exposure to motion design or animation tools like After Effects.
