**About the role**

As an architect, you will be responsible for turning ideas into well-planned, safe, and visually appealing structures. You will work on every stage of the project from concept development to detailed drawings and site supervision while making sure each design meets client needs, legal regulations, and environmental standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings and models
- Prepare construction documents, plans, and detailed specifications
- Evaluate project requirements, site conditions, and budgets
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee on-site work to ensure execution aligns with design intent
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, and sustainable practices

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience in architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building systems, and spatial planning
- Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and codes
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
