- Roles and responsibilities:
- Gathering Software requirements from SRS and grooming software requirements- Software design and development Bug fixing on Embedded Linux C++ for new feature developments- Software updates for feature enhancements- Application configuration updates for change requests- Investigation of local reported and Field reported software issues, troubleshooting and documentation- Investigation of existing/new feature behaviour and documenting the same- Leading development and technically guiding the team on the software development activities- Troubleshooting field issues- Resolving Dev blockers to team- Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in embedded software development and preferrably 5+ experience in Automotive domain- Excellent communication skill- Required skill set:
- Hands on experience in,- Embedded C++ Linux- SCM (GIT/Clearcase/any)- Software Debugger tools Memory Analysers ( GDB,procrank)- Automotive communication protocols (CAN/J1939)- Automotive tools (CANalyzer/CANape/CANoe etc)- Embedded software (NVM/RTOS/Interrupts etc)- Embedded I/O and processors- Location: Chennai
