**Job Description: Production Intern** - NB Entrepreneurs (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

**Position**: Production Intern

**Location**: Uppalwadi, Kamptee road, Nagpur

**Duration**: 3 Months

**Stipend**: 5000/- Per month

**Reporting to**: Production Supervisor/Manager

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our manufacturing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production processes, quality control, and operational efficiency within a GMP-compliant facility. The selected intern will work closely with experienced professionals to gain insights into pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in day-to-day production activities, including formulation, granulation, mixing, and packaging processes.

Monitor and document production parameters as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Support in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines.

Conduct basic quality checks during various production stages.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and improve efficiency.

Learn and operate production machinery under supervision.

Participate in routine safety and training programs.

Assist in maintaining accurate production records and reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.

Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP standards is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for documentation purposes.
