_**Roles & Responsibilities**_

1. Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with our Franchise.

2. Counselling the Counsellors at Bachpan (chain of play schools) & AHPS schools
(chain of formal schools) pan India telephonically & through online mode)
- Previous Experience in similar post in education segment will be preferred
- Excellent Communication skill
- At least 3 years of counselling experience
- Mature, Flexible, should have a learning attitude
- Conduct Zoom Meetings

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Counselling: 4 years (preferred)
