**Key Responsibilities**: 1. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. 2. Performance Management: Set performance standards, provide constructive feedback, and guide the team in achieving design goals. 3. Execution Management: Oversee the execution of design concepts from inception through completion, ensuring designs are feasible, innovative, and align with project timelines. 4. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Management Head to understand project requirements, assigning designers based on expertise and workload for optimal efficiency. **Experience: 5-7 years in design and execution within interiors, lighting, or architecture, with a portfolio including at least six projects, two of which are over 4,000 sq. ft.** Leadership: Experience managing a design team of at least three people, with a track record of successful team performance and project completion. **Proficiency in MS Excel for project tracking and basic data management.** Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and clients. **A genuine passion for design and a commitment to pushing creative boundaries**

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
