6. Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations. responds promptly to customer needs;
7. Solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; up sell other products; meets commitments and deadlines.
8. Sales: Main contact in office for sales team. Support them by sending out catalog requests, inventory updates and other sales and customer service support as needed.

9. Social Media
a. Pinterest: update when new designs become available

10.Prepare merchandise displays for trade shows.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
