**Job Title: Food Server**

**Location**: Corporate Guest House-New Delhi
**Department**: Food & Beverage Service
**Reports to**: Guest house Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards and presentation guidelines
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and workstations
- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely service
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Provide detailed information about menu items
- Assist with table setup and other service-related duties as required

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as a Food Server in a **star-rated hotel or fine-dining restaurant**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a **pleasant personality and decent behaviour**:

- Ability to handle guests with warmth, patience, and professionalism
- Willingness to work on **rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays**

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced, customer-focused hospitality setting
- Flexible working hours, including nights and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
