**Summary**:
This position is responsible for accurate and timely data entry and transcription of medical records related to X-ray and other radiological procedures.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently transcribe medical reports, including radiology reports, patient histories, and other relevant documentation.
- Enter patient demographic information, procedure codes, and other relevant data into the hospital's electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all patient information.
- Proofread and edit transcribed documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of [Specify WPM - e.g., 40 WPM].
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience with EMR systems a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Note**: Typist has to upload the records in the mentioned portal when required from time to time.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
