Workshop Supervisor

Planning maintenance schedules and activities to minimise downtime.
- Prioritising work schedules for repairs, rebuilds and maintenance.
- Directing and supervising workshop staff.
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S policies.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop.
- Managing and reporting workplace incidents and safety breaches.
- Sourcing quotes for materials and supplies.
- Scoping and estimating costs and timeframes for maintenance work.
- Reviewing completed works.
- Inputting data into spreadsheets and workshop management software.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
