**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide detailed information about various courses offered at Aptech Learning.
- Assess students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- Assist students in understanding the course structure, duration, and benefits.
- **Admissions Process**:

- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring they complete all necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- **Career Guidance**:

- Offer career counseling to help students understand the job market and potential career paths.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address students' academic and career-related concerns.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and other outreach activities to promote Aptech Learning's programs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students.
- Collaborate with schools, colleges, and other institutions to establish partnerships.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide ongoing support to enrolled students, helping them navigate any challenges they may face during their course.
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new students.
- Act as a liaison between students and faculty to address any academic or administrative issues.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on counseling activities, enrollment numbers, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the counseling process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education.
- Proven experience as an educational counselor, academic advisor, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Empathy and patience in dealing with students and their concerns.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
