**About ICCOA**: International Competence Centre for Organic Agriculture (ICCOA) is a knowledge and learning centre promoting organic agriculture and agribusiness. With **over 18 years of experience** and expertise working with all the players in the organic sector from farmers, traders, research and academic institutions to governments and policy makers, we can proudly claim to be leaders in the organic sector. We have a presence across **24 states** of India, helped nearly **2 lakh farmers** to convert **1.30 lakh hectares** into organic farming and facilitated formation of **190 FPO**s (Farmer Producer Organisation) with nearly **96,000 farmers.**

**GLPC**: Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company (GLPC) is the executive arm of Mission Mangalam, the implementation agency for National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM). It has been registered under The Companies Act, 1956. GLPC works through strategic partnership between large industries and Sakhi Mandals / Self Help Groups / Producer Groups / Service Groups / Collectives of the poor, through decentralized Micro Enterprise Ventures.

**ICCOA & GLPC**:National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) has initiated the universalization of agro-ecological practices among the Self Help Group (SHG) members who are involved in agriculture. The interventions under agro-ecological practices are being extended to promote organic farming and certification with the members of SHGs promoted under DAY-NRLM.

**Project**: Formation of Organic Village Cluster and its certification under Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) for India for the allotted clusters in the State of Gujarat.

**Location**: GLPC office Ahmadabad, Gujarat with travel to various districts of Gujarat

**Duration of the Project**: 36 Months

Education qualification and experience required for each position is outlined below
- **Team Leader (1 Post)**

The person designated as the Team Leader of the shall be responsible for the coordinated, timely and efficient functioning of the Personnel appointed in this project.

**Project Manager, Capacity building (2 Posts)**

**Project Manager, Organic Production (2 Posts)**

**Project Manager, Organic Certification (2 Posts)**

**Accountant (1 Post)**

The accountant should be M.Com with skills in Tally and should have experience of working with projects and accounts related operations of projects.

**MIS Specialists (1 Post)**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
