We are looking for a Company Secretary Executive for handling Roc filing, Company registration, Din KYC, different filings..like roc related works. Job profile is given below.
- Preparing various forms Roc Filing
- Company takeover works.
- Need to do ROC Annual Filing, Company Registration, Government certificates, MSME, IE Code....etc
- Good Knowledge in DPT 3, Dir 12, Din KYC, INC 22, MGT, AOC, MOA...etc. for form preparing and submitting
- Work Experience in accounting.
- Good Knowledge in Tally
- Give good advise to customer
- Ready to join immediately

Experience:

- Proven Experience in Company Secretarial field.
Qualification:

- CS qualified or pursuing, Company secretarial work experienced, BCOM, MCOM graduates, CA pursuing.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
