**Your Role**
- You build up a successful recruiting process and identify, source and attract the right talents for Razor and ensure we get the right people, at the right time on board
- You manage the entire recruiting process so that it's always high-quality
- You write, transform and distribute our job descriptions to relevant networks worldwide
- You generate and validate ideas and work closely together with all teams to figure out the needs and ensure a successful recruiting strategy
- You are the contact person for our new starters and help us to build up an excellent company culture.

**Your Profile**
- You have a university degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a related field
- You have 2-3 years relevant experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- You have a charismatic attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Your working mode can be described as well-structured and organized
- You have the natural ability to communicate well - excellent English skills are a must
