**Job Description**:

- Daily Process release, Internal Process rejection (NCC1), FPY monitoring
- Quality alert preparation, perform containment.
- LIB record update
- Quality concerns resolution and monitoring
- Line quality activities - Jidoka stops reacted-on, recorded and deviations captured in an action plan.
- Verification of action plan & in case temporary action send communication to concern team.
- Proper handling of non-confirming (NC) products
- Proper Data captured in the log for further analysis
- NC product communication to team (Block stock)
- Follow-Up for decision on NC parts
- Review & Monitoring the Gauge calibration, MSA,SPC, Layout plan
- Conduct the product & LPA audits
