Seva Executive

The Seva Executive will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and facilitating seva (service) activities for the organization. This role involves overseeing volunteer engagement, ensuring smooth execution of service programs, maintaining records, and promoting a culture of service and community welfare. The Seva Executive will act as a key link between the organization, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Plan, organize, and execute seva/service programs and activities.
- Coordinate with volunteers, staff, and community members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update records of seva activities, beneficiaries, and volunteer participation.
- Monitor the progress and impact of service programs, preparing periodic reports for management.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including NGOs, community groups, and partner organizations.
- **Skills & Qualifications**:_
- Graduate in any discipline (Social Work, Management, or related fields preferred).
- Prior experience in community service, volunteer management, or NGO sector is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
- A service-oriented mindset with empathy and patience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
