**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Recruiting and Building a high-performing distribution network of Financial Consultants.
- Training,motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance.
- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions.
- Providing pre and post sales support.
- Ensuring quality of business and persistence.
- Education: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field sales and Marketing in any industry
- Age: 21 to 38 Years.
- Have good communication skills.
- Must have ability of team handling.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹315,000.00 per year
