**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products and services, including troubleshooting technical issues.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure resolution within the service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Identify and escalate issues to higher management when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, product teams, and billing departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven minimum 2 years customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with chat support or call center environments.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
