**What is the role?**:
Looking to hire a seasoned **professional to lead our Sales Ops & Analytics Team** to **strengthen and drive the sales funnel**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead sales funnel conversion from MQL to SQL to Opportunity to Conversion to Retention
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights
- Own insights, provide solutions and track the outcome of insights
- Liaison with Sales Team to increase Sales velocity
- Check at drop rates, and growth hacks for deal conversions
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of Sales and Analytics experience
- Has worked in Sales before or has experience of working with Sales Leaders
- Led teams before and also a strong individual contributor
- Well-versed with analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Queries) and CRMs (Hubspot or Salesforce)
- Strong ability to connect business with data
- Fintech or SaaS or eCommerce experience
- Education from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes
- Willing to work from our HSR, Bangalore office
