
Patient Services Representative

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a compassionate and organized **Patient Services Representative** to be the first point of contact for patients. This role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their visit.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Collect co-pays and verify insurance details.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow.
- Handle patient complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software (EMR/EHR).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Work Location: In person
