**Almond Books**, a leading publisher of ICSE board curriculum textbooks, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in expanding our sales network and promoting our high-quality educational resources to distributors, schools, and students throughout the country.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, schools, and educational institutions.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities in the ICSE board market.
- Present and promote our ICSE curriculum resources, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
- Travel regionally to meet clients and attend educational conferences and events (approximately 10% of the time).
- Maintain and update detailed sales records and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the ICSE board curriculum and its needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
