**Job Overview**:
Both positions require a **basic qualification of ITI or a Diploma** in a related field, with a focus on precision and quality. These roles involve working closely with machines, ensuring proper operation, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Laser Cutting Operator**:

- Set up, operate, and maintain laser cutting machines to produce high-precision parts.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine cutting specifications.
- Perform routine machine checks and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Monitor material usage and minimize waste while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and ensure smooth operation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Ensure that all cut materials meet the required quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

**Welder**:

- Perform welding on various metal components using MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting.
- Ensure that all welds are made to meet quality and safety standards.
- Inspect welded parts and perform necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Keep records of welding jobs, including materials used and time spent.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**For Both Positions**:

- **Basic qualification**: ITI or Diploma in a relevant field (Mechanical, Production, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

**Laser Cutting Operator**:

- Basic knowledge of laser cutting technology and CNC machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or CAD files.
- Experience with laser cutting machines is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and a focus on precision cutting.

**Welder**:

- Proven experience in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Welding certification is a plus.
- Strong focus on quality control and precision welding.
