**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of CCTV Operator. The primary responsibility of this position is to monitor and operate our CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the security and safety of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor live CCTV feeds to oversee the security of various areas including premises, facilities, showrooms,offices.
- Respond promptly to any suspicious or unauthorized activities observed on the surveillance footage.
- Operate CCTV cameras and related equipment to capture and record video footage.
- Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities, including incidents, alarms, and actions taken.
- Coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement agencies in the event of security breaches or emergencies.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure the proper functioning of CCTV equipment and promptly report any technical issues.
- Review recorded footage to investigate incidents, identify perpetrators, and gather evidence as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding surveillance operations, data privacy, and security protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and footage.
- Provide support and assistance to other security personnel as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience as a CCTV operator or in a similar surveillance role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and related software.
- Basic knowledge of security principles and procedures.
- Understanding of privacy laws and regulations related to surveillance activities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
